AOTO spreads its wings in search of program partnerships with the University of Kansas – Al Oerter’s alma mater. Cathy Oerter, AOTO Board member, met with Lew Perkins, the Athletic Director University of Kansas in Lawrence, and local leaders to talk about the implementation of AOTO programs and potential projects.
