Roald Bradstock, UK
Javelin/Painting
Roald has been dubbed “the Olympic Picasso” by the World’s media. He is a 2-time Olympian and multiple World Record holder. In 2008 he made his 7th Olympic Trials and was the oldest athlete (46). In 2000 Roald won the USOC Sport Art competition and had his work displayed in the IOC Olympic Museum in Switzerland. He is also a USSA Sport Artist of the Year Award recipient and is now an internet phenomenon on YouTube, making him possibly the first-ever “YouTube Performance Artist". Roald’s videos at “roald62” combine sport and art in an unusual and surprising mix.
